Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason you will have 60 days from the date of purchase to return the product and request a refund. You must contact us at support@ringzen6today.com and request a refund. Your email subject line should be “Refund Request”. Once the request is received, we will send you the information and details for sending back your product. You will have to pay for shipping and handling. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once processed, a credit will be automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

This is our short how-to-easily-refund list for the steps you must follow:

1. Make sure you are still in the 60-days period that follows the day the order has been shipped to you. You can find the date on the package or in your inbox.
